How do you remove and replace the plastic gliders inside a traverse rod?

I have a permanent traverse rod attached to cement ceiling in my apartment and the old plastic gliders are breaking off. Need to replace them and I can't seem to remove some of the old ones. So how could I get old ones removed and replaced with new gliders without having major work done on cement ceiling for replacement of a new rod. Any help would be great! How do you remove and replace the plastic gliders inside a traverse rod?Very easy ,at the end of the rod there should be a wider opening in the grove they ride in. If you cant see it try to feel for it or use a small mirror. If for some reason you still dont see a spot to remove them. Go all the way to the end and open the grove up with a pliers enough to get them out and replace, then pinch your opening back closedHow do you remove and replace the plastic gliders inside a traverse rod?The carriers can be replaced by sliding them out the end of the rod. There is a small lever that you need to flip to allow the carriers to slide out or to slide new ones in.

Please try this link to Kirsch.com and refer to the picture on the page. You will see the small plastic lever that is located at the end of the rod.
