How do you replace the circulating fan in a Kenmore refrigerator w/the freezer on the bottom?

I have a Kenmore refrigerator with freezer on the bottom and the freezer is working but the top part is warm. Someone came out and said it was probably the circulation fan and we could fix it ourselves. But, he didn't tell us where it was located or how to access it or how to replace it. He just said I could find the information online.. So, I need to know how to replace it etc from start to finish. Any help would be appreciated. How do you replace the circulating fan in a Kenmore refrigerator w/the freezer on the bottom?Partselect.com usually has the refrigerator diagrams, with replacements fans for sale-- they carry most large names and their variations, along with the full fridge diagrams-- if newer. Doubt they carry older brands/models.

However, when my fridge started leaking, had a guy come over, and he tried fixing and messed things up more. So, we let the fridge go, and bought a new one from sears, with the blue crew warranty. Anything goes wrong now, they come and fix it for free. Saves everyone the headache.

You may want to call Sears, and have them come check it out, but expect to pay $250 for the visit and the fix--no matter how simple. Private guys are 50/50... you need to ask friends for whom the recommend in your area.

Good luck!
