Use either a plastic or wooden flat stick to aid in positioning the outside %26quot;lip%26quot; of the seal. Place the lower edge of the glass in the seal channel and then work the edge of the seal over the outer (side nearest you) side of the glass using the stick. Thin nylon cord can also be used if you do not have a stick as described. Feed the cord into the channel all the way around after lubricating with a little soap, place the window against the seal and feed it into the seal as you pull the cord straight toward you. It sounds a little confusing but it is easy for small windows as you are working on. If all else fails...go to a glass shop. They would have it done quickly and cheaply. I provided the how-to in case you are a DIY type.
